Use of the Service
Agentic.ai is a curated directory of AI and agentic tools. You may use the Service to browse, search, and discover AI tools. You may create an account to save tools, track your AI stack, and receive personalized recommendations.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in bulk without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
- Submit false or misleading information
Accounts
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Vendor Terms
Vendors who claim listings or subscribe to paid plans are additionally subject to the following:
- Listing accuracy: Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of the content they provide. Misleading claims about product capabilities may result in listing removal.
- Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
- Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days of a subscription. Contact us to request a refund.
- Content rights: You retain ownership of the content you provide. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the directory.
AI-Generated Content
Our directory includes content generated by AI systems, including listing descriptions, agenticness evaluations, and search responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or be outdated. Agenticness scores represent our AI's assessment and should not be taken as an endorsement or guarantee of any tool's capabilities.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, scoring methodology, and AI-generated analysis, is the intellectual property of Agentic.ai. Tool names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective owners.
Third-Party Links
The Service contains links to third-party websites (the tools listed in our directory). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Clicking "Visit" on a listing will redirect you to the tool's website.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided is complete or accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
